Virtual chronometer for time entry
EleATM's virtual chronometer allows you to calculate and bill your time to the second. Your employees will also enjoy being able to precisely calculate the time spent on any given project (or client file).

Timesheets
From the same screen, find both your and your employees' time entries.

These entries are readily available to be charged without having to re-enter any information for making the invoices.

This is a great time saver. Prevent the loss of information and any forgetfulness because nothing is easier than filling up a timesheet. Find out how much time you really spent working on a client's project and make your business more profitable.

Agenda (Calendar)

Attach memorandums (notes / reminders / steps to settle) to your files and add a priority date to have them displayed in your agenda.

Each memorandum (note) can contain over 30,000 characters (almost 7 pages of text).

View these memorandums (notes) by employee, by file as well as their recall dates in the agenda. Convert settled (finished) memorandums, with one mouse click, to a billable entry.

Your file (and project) data
All the information found in each of the various fields of a client file are appropriately linked to the software's multiple functionalities.

Memorandum or note (to do)
Memorandums can have up to 32,000 characters (almost 7 pages). Memorandums are always linked to a file and an employee. Memorandums can be posted to the agenda (calendar), emailed to your client and they can be converted to an entry ready to be billed with only one mouse click.

Planning steps (work flow)

Make use of planning steps to better manage a project's activity.

Manage your work flow by knowing at what step you are at in each of your files and whether you're within schedule.

Check off all completed steps and use that list to let the project's team know what has been done and what is left to do.

Keep all your clients, employees, institutions and other addresses in one list.

Access and Security

Security levels
EleATM has 3 levels (groups) of security in which all user accounts are distributed.

The software administrator can customize the two lowest levels according to the business needs. This configuration allows for a level of control over the users' access to various parts of the software such as :

  • Reports
  • Reimbursements
  • Invoicing
  • Adjustments
  • Closing periods
  • etc...

Users
Each user identified in EleATM has a name, a security level and a password.

The user can use the software only within the limits allowed by his or her security level and imposed by the administrator.


Archiving and Knowledge Management

Archiving
Regroup and archive into one data file (making backups that much easier) all your management tools on clients, invoicing, documents (texts, spreadsheets, pictures), emails and any other information about your clients into their files.

Only users with the proper access rights will be able to consult those documents archived into the client files.

Once archived in EleATM, you can destroy the original document from your hard drive. EleATM will keep it safe for you and you will be able to modify it again later.

Knowledge management
Use EleATM as a centralized database that can be entirely searched.

As a virtual filing cabinet, you can't ask for anything better and this spells out as
"S-E-C-U-R-I-T-Y" !!!

Wordprocessor
Integrated into EleATM, is a classic wordprocessor featuring all the standard functionalities :

A spreadsheet is an application that manages a cell grid where you can enter quantitative information, mathematical formulas and pictures.

You get all the standard functionalities of a classical spreadsheet.
