EleATM v4.6 in English for Windows and Macintosh is now available. For users of EleA 4.5, a copy of your existing data will be done during the installation to include them with the version 4.6. Your EleA 4.5 and all its data will not be affected and you will be able to continue its normal use.

During the first year, beginning on the date of your first activation of your EleATM, you can obtain free technical support for a period of 30 days.
This thirty-day period starts on the day of your first call.
After the first year or the thirty-day period, a fee of $79.95 will be charged per incident.
However, any questions or problems concerning the installation or the activation of EleATM can be obtained freely from our technical support.
